HOW IT WORKS

To get started with your purchase, we recommend contacting us directly to inquire about the availability of the item you are looking for. Our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you and provide you with the most up-to-date information.

2. PERFORM DUE DILIGENCE

While we’ve tried to make buying Item online as safe and easy as possible, it’s ultimately your responsibility to perform your own due diligence and make sure that the Item you’re considering is right for you.

3. FINALIZING THE SALE. PAYMENT & SHIPPING

You will be notified by email when you buy an item. The email will detail all the steps required to finish the sale, and will include the invoice and instructions for making payment. If you do not see the email, check your “spam” or “junk mail” folder. We strive to ensure that these emails reach their recipients.

Buyers are expected to pay for the items in-full within 4 working days!

The delivery process starts the next day after payment is confirmed. The delivery process takes between 7 and 14 days – depending on the delivery location. We offer free delivery within 500 miles. After the first 500 miles, the delivery charge is $1.00 per mile.

RepaTrans handles all the details of your Item shipping, saving you time and money and reducing risk with our fully-vetted licensed carrier network.

All items are delivered by RepaTrans using enclosed trailers. Enclosed transport involves shipping your Item in a fully sealed trailer. This offers a higher degree of security and protection for your items.

The item and title should only be released once the buyer accepts the item. If the transaction is taking place remotely, RepaTrans should handle the DMV paperwork.

In a rejection case, RepaTrans will refund the full payment. All refunds are processed within 24 hours. Delivery charges are free.
